Assumption of Risk

I acknowledge that participation in badminton, training, games, tournaments, exercise, and use of the facilities and equipment at Atlanta Badminton Club involves inherent risks. These risks may include, but are not limited to, falls, collisions, strains, sprains, fractures, injuries caused by rackets or shuttlecocks, overexertion, medical emergencies, and other injuries or accidents.

Release & Waiver of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, I release and waive claims against Atlanta Badminton Club, its owners, operators, employees, coaches, instructors, volunteers, agents, and representatives for personal injury, illness, death, or property loss or damage arising from my participation in club activities or use of the club premises. I understand that Atlanta Badminton Club is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings brought onto or left at the club, except to the extent liability cannot legally be waived. I understand that the club cannot guarantee that its facilities, equipment, or activities will be completely free from hazards or accidents.

Member Responsibilities

I agree to follow all club rules, safety instructions, and reasonable directions provided by club management, coaches, or staff. I agree to use the facilities and equipment responsibly and to report unsafe conditions or injuries to club management. I confirm that I am physically able to participate in the activities I choose to undertake and understand that I am responsible for my own medical expenses and insurance coverage, except where otherwise required by law.

Acknowledgment and Signature

I have carefully read and understand this Agreement. I understand that by signing it, I am voluntarily giving up certain legal rights to bring claims against the Released Parties, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. I voluntarily agree to the terms of this Agreement.
